Retail Store Returns
To return or exchange an item at one of our store locations, please take your merchandise to the Customer Service counter in the store.
Call Centre or Online Purchases
1. Contact our Call Centre
Please contact us at 1-800-265-6245 and notify the representative of the return as well as receive a return form. This will indicate whether it is a return or an exchange. We will also provide the address of where to return your package to.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging.
Include any literature, manuals, software or other materials that were included with the item. Include a copy of your invoice along with the return form provided.
Note that if an exchange is not available a refund will be issued.
Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment was taken. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be provided or refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order, or if the product is defective.
3. Wrap & ship the package.
Wrap securely to protect the item and avoid any possible damage in transit. Bring to the shipper of your choice and return to the address provided by our Call Centre. Please ensure you keep the tracking number when it is provided for you to verify when the package arrives in the warehouse. This may also be required from you by our returns department.
